Gatherings have been a central chapter of my work as Miss Wondersmith.

Over the years, I’ve created immersive, invitation-only experiences rooted in the natural magic of the Pacific Northwest—shared meals, rituals, and moments of wonder shaped by food, handmade ceramic vessels, and a sense of care for those who arrived. Some gatherings began with hidden invitations left for strangers to find. Others were offered to friends, patrons, or people quietly nominated for their kindness.

Each gathering was a living artwork: temporary, intentional, and shaped by meaning rather than spectacle. They were never ticketed or transactional. They were gifts—offered freely, with no expectation beyond presence.

This page exists as a record of those past gatherings: reflections on how they came to be, what they held, and what they taught me about generosity, connection, and wonder.

While gatherings may still happen in the future, they are no longer the central focus of my work, and if they do return, they will likely take new and quieter forms. What remains constant is the philosophy behind them—the belief that wonder is a shared human inheritance, and that being invited, seen, and cared for can be a profound act.

These weren’t just parties.
They were moments of belonging, held briefly, and then released.
